Oakley Big Bass Tour Announces 2011 Schedule

Written by Dave Mercer on October 28, 2010

OK, so I don’t care who you are; if you fish, somewhere deep down in your heart you wish you could fish for big money prizes like a brand new boat just like the pros do. But let’s be honest. Becoming a full time pro for most of us is out of the question because of family, job or time commitments. So winning a boat is not in the cards for you I guess? Until now, now you can fish The Oakley Big Bass Tour and compete against everyday anglers and win a boat just for catching one big fish. Hey, everyone can catch one big fish – even your old fishing buddy that could not catch a cold has caught a big one once. The cool thing about The Oakley Big Bass Tour is it’s an hourly big fish tournament- So they give out CASH prizes every hour for the top 5 biggest fish and the biggest over the weekend gets a brand-spankin new boat!!!

They just released their schedule for 2011 and the Oakley Big Bass Tour just got even cooler. Now they have partnered with big name fishing pros Kevin Vandam, Gerald Swindel ,Kelly Jordan and NASCAR Driver Jamie McMurray  so that these dudes have their name connected to some of their events. (Don’t worry, you don’t have to beat them to win the boat but you may just see them at the event)!
