All in stock orders will be processed within 5 business days. The Facts of Fishing uses Canada Post and ships via regular mail. The chart below outlines the fees and transit times for orders. Please note that the cost of shipping is per order (not per item). Transit times vary depending on the location. Contact us if you require expedited shipping at store@factsoffishing.com.

Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to return an item or make an exchange, please contact us at store@factsoffishing.com to make the arrangements. Please ensure that any clothing items have not been worn and all items are returned as they were received.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you have made a mistake on your order, or wish to cancel an order, please contact us at store@factsoffishing.com as soon as possible so we can refund the transaction or make the necessary changes. There is a chance that if you do not contact us soon enough we may have already begun processing your order, in which case changes or cancellations might not be possible.
