    The larger ones are, after you get past the slime and de-scaling, its layers of white meat you cut out from between the ribs, use your favorite batter and deep fry. As they say kind of like chicken taste

    Hey Dave, I live in central Texas and see those guys all the time. They are often seen in schools of shadand I have caught many on a silver spoon.
